Fiber Solutions is a successful, rapidly growing technology contractor in business for 20 years looking for a motivated, energetic and results-oriented Senior Sales Representative. The successful candidate uses relationship sales strategies based on consultative, trusted and advisory skills to develop and cultivate direct sales, sole source services and repeat clients.

The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for account sales by identifying new leads, developing highly targeted action plans, fostering meaningful business relationships, presenting fully integrated solutions, initiating proposals and assuring efficient post-sale transition to operations for efficient implementation.

Experience with enterprise level sales is a must and experience within the healthcare, retail and manufacturing verticals are preferred. The successful candidate will be able to provide a proven track record of strong sales growth as well as references and recommendations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare a comprehensive Sales Action Plan and a Local Market Enterprise Sales Plan to identify specific customer targets while managing emerging opportunities necessary to achieve assigned sales quotas.
  • Independently identify sales prospects and proactively initiate contact with these while managing all day-to-day business development activity using provided CRM resources.
  • Continuously capture all sales related activity in the CRM to keep yourself and all relevant parties informed of sales generation activities.
  • Develop sales relationships with prospects and clients at the senior-most levels of the customer’s organization.
  • In partnership with Engineering, and in collaboration with the Prospect or Customer, design comprehensive technology solutions driven by a high value-added philosophy.  Craft compelling proposal documents and pre-plan all sales-oriented presentation activities to maximize interest.
  • Proactively and confidently drive sales activities which result in the award of regional business in Southwest Florida and Enterprise Business within the Southwest Florida Area which typically involves multi-location installations on a sole source basis.
  • Provide pre-design and post implementation feedback as a vital perspective in the creation of promotional literature, testimonials, brochures, and presentation packages.
  • Be an integral member of the entire Fiber Solutions team, in the office and the field, to build internal relationship which best support the timely accomplishment of quoted opportunities and/or booked business.
  • Regularly attend industry-related business conferences and educational/training events to maintain a broad perspective and awareness of product development, field applications and emerging trends….as well as to promote the Fiber Solutions’ story.
  • Communicate timely commentary of product, new technology opportunities, special developments, information and/or other feedback gathered through field activity to company staff as appropriate.
  • Proactively work to identify and satisfactorily resolve all client concerns through customer reviews, casual business meals and other related client appreciation events.
  • Coordinate collaboratively with all company staff to accomplish whatever work is required to close sales.
  • Represent the “Best-In-Class, Premier Brand” of Fiber Solutions in a manner always in keeping with the highest and best traditions of the firm.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Required

  • S. Degree or equivalent experience industry
  • Four years of demonstrated experience plus a history of progressively increasing sales production in a technology based executive relationship driven sales role
  • Clear willingness to travel if required to support customers with multi-site locations

Desired

2+ years’ experience in the sale of large scale, highly complex technology integration multi location solutions, including physical layer networking, network integration, electronic security, access control, video surveillance, audio/video, wireless and telephony solutions.

Fiber Solutions is looking for a Field Superintendent for our Fort Myers, FL office. The position is full-time with benefits.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply sound project planning techniques to efficiently conduct all assigned jobs and all assigned job crews
  • Study, understand and conform to the scope and specifications for all assigned projects
  • Regularly communicate with the Customer and keep Customer’s expectations in comfortable alignment at all times
  • Coordinate all project activity with assigned job crews, end-users and vendors
  • Maintain Daily Reports and Weekly Reports of all projects assigned
  • Proactively support the Project Manager to deliver quality results, on time and on budget for satisfied customers
  • Oversees and performs the installation, testing and documentation of network cabling (this is a “hands on” position)
  • Assure and enforce quality dressing and routing of cables around work stations as well as behind the scenes
  • Interpret blue prints
  • Enforce fire-stop of various types for all cable penetrations to scope and to code
  • Regularly updates the Project Manager as to progress, obstacles, labor and materials budget performance for all assigned jobs
  • Communicate with the Project Manager on all issues which may impact quality and timeliness
  • Determine and report all project scope changes, issues or questions to the Project Manager, particularly those which may result in a Change Order
  • Provide regular direct feedback to their assigned crew as to their performance and results. How is the job tracking?  How did the job come in?  Why?  What did we learn?  What will we do differently/better next time?
  • While the Superintendent is expected to perform hands-on field work on a regular basis, they are also responsible to lead, train, develop and measure the performance of their assigned Lead Techs, Foremans and Technicians
  • Continuously enforces all jobsite safety requirements and standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the below stated qualifications. These qualifications are representative of the required knowledge, skills and/or abilities:
    • 5+ Years previous experience
    • Clean driving record
    • Pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check and MVR (driving record) check
    • Ability and eager willingness to support moderate to high levels of business travel. The successful candidate should want and expect to spend 3+ weeks on the road out of town every month.
    • Possess a high school diploma; college credits or technical school certification a plus
    • Constant attention to detail, quality and service

  • Quality dressing and routing of cables around work stations as well as behind the scenes
  • Build out projects to required specifications

    Work with customer contacts on projects and work orders, as needed
    Coordinate projects with end-users and vendors when required
  • Communicate with engineers on various project requirements
    Report project scope changes, issues or questions
